"The country can be strong if the young is strong". Junior high school students arethe hope of the country, the future of the nation. The status and level of developmenton legal of contemporary Middle School Students is directly related to the realizationprocess of manage state affairs according to law. Since the21st century, the junior highschool students have been the focus of legal education, especially today, in a strongproponent of the rule of law, training junior high students’ legal belief is significant. Inorder to meet the needs of the party and state for talent in the future, we must continueto strengthen the training of junior high legal belief to ensure the healthy growth of thesuccessors of the socialist construction. The current junior high school students havesome knowledge of the law, but they are relatively close contacted with themselves,and not in-depth understanding. Though Junior high school students can master these,they can not meet the needs of society and their development. They need to establishthe legal belief to fit in modern society.Although junior high school students’ thinking and understanding matures, theylack the ability to distinguish. They began to emphasize self-consciousness, but arevulnerable to form the tendency of good and evil upside down under the influenceoutside. Their emotions are unstable. For these characteristics of junior high schoolstudents, culture their legal beliefs must have timeliness, relevance and operability.While on the basis of affirming the dominant position of junior high school students,continue to improve their ability to understanding, analyze and solving problems.Make them be harvested in the emotions, attitudes and values, trying to strength theirlegal beliefs in their life and study.The paper uses empirical research methods, based on the belief of law theory,carries on the questionnaire survey of junior high school students of legal belief in thestatus quo, analysis of the factors affecting the legal belief of junior high schoolstudents, the methods and Strategies of cultivating junior students of legal faith. Thispaper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainlyanalyzes the legal belief, the research status at home and abroad and the researchsignificance and research methods; the second chapter outlines the legal belief ofjunior high school students, mainly expounds the meaning and elements, the belief in law, analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of junior high school students’ legal beliefand feasibility; the third chapter takes Yantai Harmony middle school as the example,carries on the questionnaire survey to the status of junior high school students’ belief inlaw, and according to the survey, from the legal cognition, legal compliance, legalapplication level, on the four aspects of social law in the view of the operation analysisof junior middle school students; The fourth chapter based on the questionnaire,summed up the impact factors of the legal belief of junior middle school students,social factors, school factors, family factors and the students themselves factors,formed its efforts for the premise, school education oriented, with good family andsocial environment, co culture force situation of legal belief of Junior high schoolstudents; strategy methods the fifth chapter legal belief of junior high school studentstraining, from the social, school, family still, junior high school students in four aspectsto explore the training methods of legal belief of junior high school students, theformation of the knowledge of law in the school of law, belief in the family, in societythe law firm faith, belief in law in the new situation of perception of self education the.In this paper, adhering to historical materialism and scientific concept of educationto cultivate the legal belief of junior middle school students. The cultivation of legalbelief of junior high school students, to seek the ways and methods suitable for China’snational conditions and the students learning situation, let students feel the charm ofthe formation of a sense of reverence for the law. And the worship to the reality of life,consciously abide by the laws and regulations, when their legitimate rights areinfringed upon, to pick up the legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights andinterests. The cultivation of legal belief of junior high school students is an importanttask of building a socialist country ruled by law, is conducive to the junior high schoolstudents physical and mental health, prevention of illegal and criminal acts, isconducive to the cultivation of qualified citizens for the future of socialism, improvethe quality of the whole nation, more conducive to the implementation of the strategyof ruling by law, the early realization of the rule of law China dream.
