The higher education once was the elite education while now becomes the masseducation. With the lower admission threshold, more students get the opportunitiesto go to school, thus the emergence of problematic college students is inevitable. Theemergence of this group on the one hand shows the college students’ individualdevelopment deviation of internal representation, on the other hand reflects the Currentstate and social development phase of the external symptoms.Now we are undergoinga specific phase on the road to deepening the education system reform. During this phase, the focus of the reform is to find out how to identify the problematic college students, and explores the reasons behind and the ways to guide those students back to the right life track. All of these are the important subjects, complex and difficult, which are urgent to be solved.To be able to make research of high pertinence, this thesis, on the actual situations of L University, chooses problematic college students with moral problems as the research objects, with real examples and abundant information,is aiming to explore the effective education correction strategies.The thesis consists of four parts. The first part foreword includes bringing up theproblem, the meaning of this research, relevant research literature review, researchstrategy, approach and process. This part has specified the research task which is basedon the literature review as the start. The second part, based on the previous researches,has defined the problematic college student, generalize and put forward the moralprinciples on the basis of the fundamentals which college students are supposed toobserve so as to provide references to the classification of the problematic collegestudent. With the analysis of the surveys and the status quo of the problematic collegestudent lacking morals, the phenomena of college students who are lacking of moralscan be classified into the lack of social morals, the lack of family virtues, the lack oflearning morals and the lack of the internet morals. The third part has analyzed themultiple aspects of the factors for the problematic college student, such as social,educational, cultural, family and personal factors. The fourth part has put forward theeducational remedial strategies aiming at different types of problematic college students.
