Based on literature from home and abroad, this study has adopted questionnaire survey together with interview survey to perform intensive study of scientific research morality. From these studies a conclusion can be drawn:The mainstream of the scientific research morality of undergraduates is positive, although some show a lack of scientific research morality, for example, plagiarizing papers. The data indicate that the anomie of scientific research morality, which involves following aspects, deserves special attention:cheating in writing the paper, using unjustified means to publish the paper, forging or tampering with the original test data, plagiarizing or copying other people's research results. The reasons include the influence of economic transition, misconduct in science research of the school, weakness in assessment system as well as personal factors. Thus we have to start from carrying out system innovations, creating a healthy environment for scientific research. We should also promote scientific morality, create a regulation system and improve the moral integrity of researchers. Thus not only the external forces are needed to control the moral trend, but also self-discipline of the researchers should be achieved.
