The Research Of College Students’ Ecological Moral Education

Based on the reflection on the global ecological crisis, the ecological moraleducation was brought into being. It advocates expanding the category oftraditional moral education to the nature. This new type of moral education aimsat by the means of organized and planned educational activities, allowing peopleto consciously develop moral character of correctly handle the relationshipbetween people and people, people and society, people and nature. Collegestudents are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics. The ecological moral education for college students meets therequirements of the ecological civilization and the ideological and politicaleducation, and promoting the overall development of college students and theconstruction of a harmonious socialist society.By clarifying the connotation, the theoretical basis and the necessity ofcollege students’ ecological moral education, this paper mainly adopts theempirical approach. The present situation of college students’ moral educationhas carried on the questionnaire survey. According to the survey, schools paidlittle attention on college students’ ecological moral education, the effect ofcollege students’ ecological moral education is not obvious and it is affected bythe external environment. In view of the situation above, to implement collegestudents’ ecological moral education, need under the guidance of the scientificprinciple, the comprehensive principle, the subjectivity principle, the practicalprinciple and the developmental principle, to master the basic ecological moralknowledge, to set up the strong ecological moral consciousness, to consciouslyabide by ecological ethics and to develop the good ecological moral behavior asthe goal. By strengthening theoretical education, building the environmentatmosphere, and attaching great importance to the action form, to promote theeffective implementation of the college students’ ecological moral education.
