Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Hunan Zhongao Ice&Snow Tourism Projects

In recent years, the skiing is on the rise in China. The ski fields have beenconstructed in many areas rapidly and the numbers of people for skiing haveincreased with leapfrog. Ice-snow tourism development has an exciting tendencyin China. But the natural ski field cannot satisfy the domestic requirementespecially the development requirements of booming skiing in the South. Theindoor skiing site rises in response to the proper time and conditions. There areall kinds of supporting facilities being provided, generally including dining room,bar, conference center, accommodation, water activities and others which formthe comprehensive tourism product of ice-snow tourism and get customers′love.With the study theory achievement of ice-snow tourism and synthetic evaluationof projects at home and abroad, this thesis makes a deep analytical investigationto target system and evaluation methodology of Hunan Zhongao ice-snowtourism synthetic evaluation of projects. And based on the project feasibilitystudy of Hunan Zhongao ice-snow tourism, this paper makes a comprehensiveassessment in four parts of Hunan Zhongao ice-snow tourism which is invested,developed and operated by Ao Yue ice-snow tourism Ltd. Company, such astechnology, finance, society, and so on.Firstly, this paper puts forward the research background and significance ofice-snow tourism project, and introduces the research development situation ofice-snow tourism development and synthetic evaluation of projects at home andabroad. And based on this condition, this paper elaborates the ice-snow tourism,comprehensive assessment and synthetic evaluation of projects from fourestimated points.Secondly, this paper has analyzed the selection and composition of assessmentindicator system of this project, and respectively introduces the indicative weightof analytic hierarchy process and FCE. This paper combines the specific modalanalysis, and investigates the related basic data to make a feasibility research forHunan Zhongao ice-snow tourism.Finally, based on the feasibility study of Hunan Zhongao ice-snow tourism,this paper adopts AHP to determine the weight of each index in the evaluationindex system of project, and adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make comprehensive evaluation for Hunan Zhongao ice-snow tourism. Andthis paper not only makes a further argument to the feasibility of the project, butalso from the other side verifies the applicability of index system construction.
