To research and effectively solve the problem of poor students in senior high school education is a very important practical issue. To solve the problem of poor students in senior high school is favour of constructing harmonious society, socialist modernization and the comprehensive well off society.In this paper, the use of literature research and empirical research method to conduct research both national policy research literature, and research studies theorists and practitioners of monographs, and strive to fully absorb what had been achieved, but also the use of interviews, questionnaires, etc. research methods, in order to understand the situation of poor students and financial support. In this paper, there are four major components. The first part describes the poor high school students study the significance of that theory to study the subject.
