Education fair as an important issue to promote the harmonious development of urban and rural areas,become one of the national efforts to solve the problem,and education fair not only includes the education of fairness,the nutritional status of students is also an important content;rural areas due to geographical location,natural conditions and other factors The overall development is more backward,the rural students'nutrition and health problems are more prominent,enhance the rural students' physical fitness,promote healthy growth to become the starting point of rural education work,but also the meaning of education fairness,rural students' nutrition and health has become the focus of national society.Compared with foreign countries,China's rural areas to improve the nutritional improvement program in rural areas later in 2010 to develop the implementation of the poor rural areas on the improvement of nutrition planning students,the establishment of poor areas of rural primary and secondary school nutrition improvement program pilot,officially opened China's rural compulsory education nutrition improvement Plan implementation.Fujian Province actively implement the relevant policies and measures on the rural compulsory education and nutrition improvement plan,and according to the provincial situation,city situation and the county to carry out innovation,Changting County in the free nutrition lunch on the basis of the poor rural school students Provide free meals,that is,a cup of milk,an egg,a bread,to further improve the nutritional status of students in poor areas,and promote the healthy growth of students.Based on the physical examination data of students benefiting from the nutrition meal of Changting in 2017,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of rural compulsory education nutrition improvement plan by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)The evaluation of the implementation of the inter-school nutrition meal program,and the average age of the students in all ethnic groups to compare the average situation,further analysis of Changting class feeding meal program benefited students from the physical and nutritional status,combined with the analysis of Changting class Nutrition meal plan better implementation of the recommendations,through the investigation of this paper draw the following conclusions:(1)The overall nutritional status of 432 students according to age interval analysis study shows that the nutritional status of the sample students overall good nutritional status,most of the students are in the normal range,normal nutrition rate reached 72%,the rate of malnutrition was 20.4%.(2)Further analysis on the nutritional status of abnormal students,students' growth retardation rate was 1.6%,mild weight loss rate was 8.8%,severe weight loss rate was 10%;to a certain extent reflect students' malnutrition mainly in severe weight loss and mild weight loss.(3)The 2017 survey of students with the height and weight of the national average horizontal comparison,Changting male and female students is lower than the national average of all ages in the level of average height and weight of all ages on the whole,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);to some extent reflect the basic constitution of students in Changting and the national average there is a certain gap.(4)The comprehensive score of the 2017 Changting break feeding program implementation evaluation is 4.283,belong to the evaluation of the implementation of good stage,that Changting break feeding program implementation and compliance with good overall national level;and although there is a certain gap compared,but since the implementation of the plan of the longitudinal analysis of 3 year students benefiting nearly 5 examination rate of malnutrition the rate of malnutrition,benefit students with increasing year of implementation and showing a downward trend,that has greatly improved the nutritional status of student nutrition improvement in Changting.
