Thereby providing a reference frame of reference in order to promote the healthy development of Shanghai ’s private health club, meet people’s needs, and gradually improve the health club business in Shanghai market service system.Results of this study show that the current operating status of 10 private health club Shanghai unsatisfactory, faces many development difficulties, because the relevant laws and regulations and the absence of market supervision and management of the industry, financial difficulties inherent in the private economy, operating costs continue rise and fitness industry own lack of product innovation, scarcity of human resources, so called "sunrise industry" in the fitness industry outlook is not optimistic, and even a lot of the fitness club business escaped fled or closed their doors, causing consumers complaints can seriously affect the sustained and healthy development of the fitness industry. Through research and analysis, we draw the following conclusions and recommendations: 1、 Conclusions(1) private capital investment in fitness club is the current trend of sports and fitness industry, but the government’s management of the fitness industry’s relevant laws and regulations is seriously lagging behind and lack of supervision, resulting in Shanghai ’s private health club business conditions in general, very optimistic.(2) Shanghai’s own private health club, a shortage of funds and financing channels over a single, internal financing is the main means of financing.
