As the “national fitness program” constantly promote and popularize, people pay more and more attention to sports, but sports injury occurs frequently, it not only brings bad influence to people’s health, but also restrict the in-depth and popularity development of the national program campaign. This paper’s purpose is to understand college students’ attitude, knowledge and skills on sports injury protection, using comprehensive intervention on their sports injury protection attitude, knowledge and skills according to the result of research, and then evaluate its effect. Exploring effective measures to improving their sports injury protection ability. Popularization and carry out the sports injury protection education for colleges to provide the reference.The purposes: 1. Understanding the situation of cognition, knowledge and skills on sports injury protection of college students; 2. Discussing factors which affect college students’ sports injury protection cognition, knowledge and skills; 3. Analysis the effect of comprehensive intervention in the improvement of college students’ sports injury protection ability, puts forward suggestions to improve the protective ability.The methods: Using random sampling method To investigate present situation on sports injury protection of cognition, attitude, ability and demand of 892 college students in six universities, randomly selected 50 Hainan normal university undergraduate students in school sports injury protection experimental intervention. Data by using independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis and paired sample T test methods were analyzed.The results: 1. College students’ attitude toward sports injury protection positively, scored an average of 71.20±1.95 points, the attitude of sports injury prevention is better than the other dimensions of attitude, and boys sports injury protection attitude is better than that girls of,protection attitude of gender differences(P=0.04 < 0.05), there is no difference, colleges and universities, and professional grade(P>0.05).2. College students’ sports injury protection knowledge and skills scored an average of 49.15±3.18 points, percent of pass is 39.69%. The sports injury prevention dimension scored the highest, sports injuries first aid treatment dimension scores lowest.There exist somedifferences in gender, grade(P=0.04、0.01<0.05), but no differences in professional and college(P = 0.47、0.72> 0.05). 3. There is 67.26% of college students are not studied sports injury protection knowledge and skills, 73.32% of college students need to sports injury protection knowledge and skills, and 35.20% of college students through the Internet, television, radio and other electronic media access to sports injury protection knowledge and skills, 47.98% of the students think that the main factors affecting its sports injury protection ability is school’s attention. 4. After comprehensive intervention, students’ attitude toward sports injury protection, but sports injury protection attitude there was no significant difference before and after the experiment(P =0.06 > 0.05); Sports injury protection knowledge and skills in exist significant difference before and after the experiment(P= 0.00、0.00 < 0.01), and students scored an average has improved significantly. 5. Attitude towards experiment teaching, classroom teaching, content arrangement more satisfied students accounted for 80%, students attendance rate is78%on average, by participating in learning have a certain harvest, hope this kind of learning and training school to engage in more activities of students accounted for 60%. To better improve college students’ sports injury protection ability, this study put forward the following Suggestions: 1. College attaches great importance to the sports injury protection work, spread through various channels and learning sports injury protection; 2. In school physical education teachers to improve their professional quality at the same time, also pay attention to the sports injury protection knowledge and skills applied to the teaching, improve students’ sport injury protection; 3. Students themselves as well as strengthen the consciousness of sports injury protection also should pay attention to take the initiative to obtain relevant knowledge and skills, and the ability of adaptation to sports injuries.
