Study On The Core Competence Of Private College JXFZ

In recent years, the continuous development of China’s market economy system, at the same time, the reform of the education system is gradually deepening, the private higher education in China is showing a market-oriented and diversified development of the law. However, the rapid development of private higher education can not hide the unfavorable position in the competition. Most private colleges is facing a series of problems in the process of development, such as lack of funds, the quantity and quality of students, the quality of personnel training, the teachers strength is weak, the lack of professional setting characteristics, scientific research is weak, and so on. How to gain a space for one person in Higher Education in the fierce competition in the market, to keep the school’s sustainable competitive advantage, this problem is worthy of deep thinking and research in private colleges and universities. The theory of core competence is introduced into higher education, not only enriches and develops the theory of higher education, but also complement and perfect the application of the theory of core competence. There are still many gaps in the domestic research on the core competitiveness of civilian run colleges and universities, therefore, a series of problems to be solved, for example, how to define the concept of the core competitiveness of the private universities, how to cultivate and improve the core competitiveness of the private universities strategy, how to construct the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of private colleges and universities.This paper is based on the theory of core competence, this paper discusses the concept and characters of the core competitiveness of the private universities, research of the current situation of domestic private colleges and universities competition. The author selected two private colleges of Jiangxi Institute of technology and Hunan International Economics University as an example, analyze and summarize their experience of fostering core competence. Then, select private JXFZ College as a case study, analysis of the competitiveness of its situation, the situation of cultivating the core competence, and summarizes the existing problems and deficiencies, combined with the research in the above two universities and the author’s experience, puts forward the ways to enhance the core competitiveness of private College JXFZ and strategy.
