A Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Development Of Digital Economy In Zhejiang Province

With the progress of science and technology,the modern digital technology industries such as big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and so on are developing vigorously,followed by a new economic concept-the era of digital economy.Nowadays,governments of all countries gradually regard digital economy as an important economic form for their own development and improvement of international competitiveness.China is no exception.With the support of various policies and the unremitting efforts of government and enterprises,China's digital economy has great international competitiveness and development potential.As a leading area of digital economy development,Zhejiang Province enjoys a pleasant development,which is a true reflection of the high-quality development of digital economy in China.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately measure the development level of digital economy in Zhejiang Province,interpret and explore the current situation and development law of digital economy in Zhejiang Province,find the existing problems,predict and evaluate the future development trend,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide decision support for better and faster development of digital economy,improve the development level of digital economy in Zhejiang Province,and further improve Zhejiang Province It is of great significance to improve people's living standard in macroeconomic environment.First of all,this paper summarizes some research results on the theory of digital economy,and regards digital economy as an economic activity integrating the development of modern digital technology,relying on digital knowledge and information,through the modern information network,combined with the development of digital technology innovation ability.Secondly,through data query and analysis,this paper studies the current situation of the development of digital economy,and discusses the overall scale of China's digital economy,the development of structural changes and national policies and initiatives.Next,it introduces the research object of this paper--the analysis of the current situation of the development of Zhejiang digital economy.Generally speaking,the development prospect of Zhejiang digital economy is bright.We should make use of our advantages and opportunities to continue to increase our efforts and make suggestions,so as to add to the rapid development of Zhejiang digital economy.Then,based on the understanding of digital economy,this paper studies the index system of digital economy issued by domestic and foreign government enterprises and research institutions,and finally determines the first level index as ICT(Information and Communications Technology)development,technological innovation,sustainable development,industrial digitalization and e-commerce cover 21 secondary indicators in total,so as to build a scientific and applicable comprehensive evaluation index system,and use the index system to study the development of digital economy in Zhejiang Province.At the same time,according to the entropy method to determine the weight,using the index method to measure the development of digital economy in Zhejiang Province in 2010-2018;then using the gray relative correlation analysis method to analyze the relevance between ICT development,technological innovation,sustainable development,industrial digitalization and e-commerce;through the coupling model to study the coupling coordination of digital economy development,and find out the factors that affect the coordination degree The main factor is to find out the potential risk points of the development of digital economy.Finally,the grey GM(1,1)prediction model is used to fit the comprehensive index of digital economy development in Zhejiang Province,and then the Markov model is used to modify the fitting results,and the comprehensive evaluation of digital economy development in Zhejiang Province in the next few years is carried out according to the established Grey Markov model.Through literature review and empirical research results,it is found that the overall trend of digital economy development in Zhejiang Province is steady growth,but the growth rate has slightly declined in recent years.There is a problem that is not optimistic,the digital economy in Zhejiang Province in the development process has produced the phenomenon of structural incongruity.In recent years,the e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province has developed at an amazing speed,and its output value is increasing day by day.Relatively speaking,the industrial foundation of digital economy is relatively weak,and the ability of sustainable development is low.Therefore,in order to make the digital economy of Zhejiang Province healthy,balanced and rapid development,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing the construction of digital economy infrastructure,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,optimizing the development of core industries of digital economy,and improving the ability of sustainable development.
