Now sports performances have been incorporated into rise early in the category of exam, in situ throw solid sphere as one of the important examination project, students at the beginning of the test results is good or bad will directly affect the higher grade of the test.Throw solid ball project is based on the power of sports, so power quality for the achievement of solid ball throwing good or bad has a direct important effect. This article through the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, experimental study and theoretical analysis of the problem, through the experiment of 24 students before the height, weight, muscle circumference and a solid sphere achievement test, after two months of 15 class teaching and the practice results are as follows:After experiments in the experimental group and the control way between the horizontal comparison, we measured height, weight, and the achievement of solid sphere, and on the left and right upper arm circumference, chest circumference, left and right thigh circumference were measured. Students in the experimental group after the strength quality training, the body’s muscle circumference, weight, and before the test results with the experimental results there are significant differences. Foundation strength increase lead to the rapid development of power, we from the experiment can improve the solid ball after proven strength quality training to the influence of the solid ball scores is significant.After the experiment of the longitudinal comparison between the experimental group and control group, experiment after a set of solid sphere grade point average of 12.0 + /- 1.2, the experimental group 2 solid sphere grade point average of 7.3+ /- 0.3; Against a set of solid ball scores for 9.5 + /- 0.5, compared two groups of solid sphere grade point average of 6.0+ /- 0.6. The experimental group and control group solid ball scores by paired sample T test, test results are all P < 0.05, so the achievement of the experimental group and control group with significant difference.Conclusion: teachers in teaching and the interpretation of the sports technology by other disciplines and the connection between the physical analysis of sports skill, make the students understand the principle of learning skills, improve the students’ cognitive ability.Due to the research on the theory of sports biomechanics, causes the student to throw the solid ball joint Angle more rationalization, the practice methods and means of using power quality is scientific. By using the method of scientific practice to correct, consolidate the movement technology, causes the student to establish good conditioned reflex of sports technology.
