With the decline of our country's adolescent physical health,the state has paid constant attention to this,and has formulated a series of physical health standards for young people.It requires physical health tests at every age to make schools and parents pay more attention to the physical and mental health of their children.The physical education examination is also a compulsory examination project for junior high schools during the youth period.In order to test the physical condition of students,it is a must for every teenager.At present,every junior high school is conducting comprehensive and systematic training for the candidates 'sports exams every year,not only to improve the physical fitness and physical health of the candidates,but also to improve the scores of the candidates' physical examinations.Functional training is a new training method.Through the Internet,you can see many videos of functional training for young people in foreign countries.Foreign scholars have also proved that functional training has a certain effect on young people's physical fitness training.Therefore,we should develop the sports program of the middle school entrance examination under the premise of developing young people's physical fitness,and use functional training methods to carry out targeted,systematic and comprehensive exercises.Based on the physical training of examinees in physical education,this study uses functional training to carry out systematic classroom training for examinees in physical education,so that the physical quality of examinees and the participation of special sports in physical education can be improved.Through the research methods of literature data method,expert interview method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other research methods,through the whole group sampling,the students of the first three grades of junior middle school in Haining City,Zhejiang Province were selected.40 people)as the test object,40 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group.On the basis of balanced conditions in all aspects,the experimental group adopted functional training.The control group adopted traditional training.At least two classroom training sessions per week,each training time was40 minutes and one class.Functional training and traditional training were used for a period of 10 weeks.Targeted training.By using SPSS for Windows 17.0 statistical analysis software,the functional motion screening(FMS)and two sports data of the two groups of experimental subjects were counted,compared,and analyzed before and after the experiment.Finally,the following conclusions were reached:(1)Through the 10-week functional training experimental team,the score of the functional movement screening(FMS)test and the achievement of the solid ball and thestanding long jump project were significantly improved.This is mainly due to the fact that functional training is based on the characteristics of solid balls and standing long jump sports.It chooses appropriate training methods to practice,and after screening,The focus is on targeted training from the core force of the trunk,upper and lower limbs,and burst force,which improves the range of movements and the coordination and force of large and small muscle groups involved in sports,and improves the stability and coordination of movements.The stability of the body and joint of the student is improved,and the physical quality and sports performance of the student are effectively improved.(2)Through the control group of 10 weeks of traditional training,the score of the functional movement screening(FMS)test and the performance of the solid ball and the standing long jump project must have improved,but the effect was not obvious.The main control group used traditional training methods.The training content was relatively single,emphasizing that there were more exercises for large muscle groups,the development of small muscle groups and collaborative muscles was unbalanced,and the stability of the movements was not high,which may have caused the improvement of sports performance.The obvious reason.(3)After 10 weeks of testing,in the functional motion screening(FMS)test score,the average overall score of the two classes showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group.At the same time,statistical data analysis shows that the P values of the solid ball and the standing long jump in the experimental group are all less than 0.05,with significant differences,while the P values of the control group's solid ball and the standing long jump are greater than 0.05.There is no significant difference.This shows that functional training has a great positive impact on students 'physical fitness such as stability and coordination,as well as preventing and reducing the appearance of sports injuries.Traditional training has brought some sports injuries,causing some students to affect the test results of related projects due to sports injuries.Therefore,functional training has a better effect on students 'performance in sports projects.
