Altruism spirit has always been the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. With the continuous development of modern society,moral altruism behavior conflict phenomenon is common in our life. The higher grades students in elementary school are in a critical period of altruistic behavior to develop now. The development of the altruistic behavior is important to their social development. Although the school education equipped the students with the altruistic cognitive concept, many students have some bad behavior in their daily life, such as not willing to help others, not good at cooperation with others to complete tasks, etc. Therefore, it is particularly important to how to transform the elementary school higher grades students’ altruistic behavior conflict.This research attempts to analyze to the higher grades students’ altruistic cognition and altruistic behavior consistency in elementary school. And conduct the reasons of the elementary school higher grades students altruistic. Moreover put forward elementary transformation strategy of altruism behavior conflict. This study selected two primary schools in Dalian, the questionnaire survey to 241 senior students in order to obtain the elementary school higher grades students altruistic cognition status and altruistic behavior characteristics.Based on the higher grades students in elementary school altruistic cognition and altruistic behavior of comparative analysis. Conflict has been clear about the elementary school higher grades students’ altruistic behavior characteristics as follows: 1. The elementary school higher grades students in object dimension conflict of altruistic behavior characterized by higher cognitive level, low level of behavior;2. The elementary school higher grades students in help people from altruism behavior conflict of interests is the cognitive level is low, high level of altruism;3. The elementary school higher grades students altruistic behavior in terms of helping others pay the price conflict of cognitive level is high, the low level of altruism;4. In situational constraint dimensions, the elementary school higher grades students altruistic behavior conflict of cognition and behavior; 5. Individual value dimension, the elementary school higher grades students in altruistic behavior conflict of behavior level is high.The higher grades students’ altruistic behavior causes of conflict is:1. School education emphasizes on the training of altruism cognitive learning ignore altruistic behavior;2. The way of family education is the lack of consistency and responsibility education;3. Society have yet to build a good altruistic environment;4. Primary school children altruistic conflict of personal factors include:(1) Will is behind the development of the knowledge of students;(2) Children’s imitate ability is very strong.Based on the above comparative analysis of the characteristics and reasons for conflict, higher grades students’ altruistic cognition and behavior conflict transformation strategy in elementary school is put forward:1. School education activities strengthen students altruistic behavior training;2. Unified way of family education;3. Personality tendency to praise and self concept training to strengthen altruistic behavior development;4. Model for primary school students to provide good altruistic behavior model;5. Create a good social altruistic environment;6. Cultivating pupils’ willpower.
