The Relaitonship Among Implicit Altruistic,Explicit Altruistic And Interpersonal Trust

Altruism behavior and interpersonal trust are very important and hot issues in the studyof human social psychology and behaviors. The process of probes the discussion that theinfluence of altruism behavior in internal and external factors, many researchers were put theview that the interpersonal trust have important influence for prosocial behavior and someresearchers were also trying to design various research with the confirmed. With the reform ofrapid economic development and urbanization process intensifies, trust crisis, interpersonalapathy and altruistic behavior incidence problems were becoming more and more apparent.This study attempted to explore the explicit altruism, implicit altruistic and interpersonal trustrelations, In order to enrich the theoretical study and make a contribution to promote thedevelopment of university students in ability of altruistic behavior.The research respectively implicit association test, adopts peer nomination andinterpersonal trust test to measure explicit altruistic behavior, implicit altruistic behavior andinterpersonal trust. The result indicates that significant implicit altruistic behavior was found,and no correlation was discovered between explicit altruism and implicit altruistic behaviors,explained the existence of implicit altruism. Compared with the previous studies we can findthat IAT-picture material had more ideal effect and the bigger IAT effect value thanIAT-vocabulary material. There was no difference in high or low interpersonal trust onimplicit altruism. No correlation was discovered between interpersonal trust and implicitaltruism. There was difference in high or low interpersonal trust on explicit altruism,correlation was discovered between interpersonal trust and explicit altruism. High levelinterpersonal trust show more explicit altruism behavior than low lever interpersonal trust,interpersonal trust can predict explicit altruism behavior.
