The Study Of Altruistic Behavior Of Primary School Students

Altruistic behavior is one of special behaviors in people's communication process.The development of altruistic behavior is an important part to value pupils' morals.It also plays an important role in promoting pupils' socialization.In recent years,with the situation of more and more only child in one family,as a frontline teacher,I find that more and more pupils are egoistic and selfish.This paper I research pupils' altruistic behavior in cognition,behavior and emotion.This paper does a literature review about the appearance and recent trends of pupils' altruistic behavior in China and abroad.And it also researches the factors that can influence pupils' altruistic behavior and how to develop pupils' altruistic behavior.I did a questionnaire about students' altruistic behavior to research the appearance,development,influence factors of pupils' altruistic behavior in three aspects.They cognition,behavior and emotion.The research objects are 426 students from Grade two,four and six.The results show:1.In the stage of Grade 2 to Grade 4,education plays an important role in pupil's cognition of altruistic behavior.With the growing age,social factor has become the main reason to influence pupil's cognition of altruistic behavior.2.The conscious of altruism is increased by the growth of the age.The periods that from Grade two to Grade four is an important stage for developing pupils' altruism.However,the conscious of altruism will rollback when they are in Grade six.3.In the medium and high grades,pupils start to connect empathic emotion with the situation,they can think about others' mood and emotion gradually.They can adjust their behaviors and do the altruistic behavior.
