It’s a step-by-step process for anything to form, so is the college female teachers in the republic of China. As early senior professional women, their existence and development traditional marriages of social division of labor, to a certain extent changed the gender stereotypes, have greatly promoted modern women’s liberation movement. However, the existing data mainly focuses only on the university professors in the period of the republic of China, few of them on college female teachers. Existing research mainly focused on the basic situation of the university teacher in the republic China, factors restricting their development and their influence on modern society.The teaching, the scientific achievements and deficiencies and the management are not enough.This paper aims at having a detailed study on the basic teaching, scientific research and management of the college female teacher. It goes mainly from the following several aspects:Introduction part shows the purpose of the topic, sorts out the relevant study results and historical documents, and further clarifies research content and methods.The first part deals with prerequisites for the university female teachers to appear. With the development of the capitalist economy, and the improved social civilization, under the influence of the women education and professional thoughts, women walked out of their home, and stepped in the society. As more and more women received higher education and studied abroad, women, with strong independent consciousness, competitive personality, and Chinese and western education background, finally stand on the stage of the college with the demonstration of the foreign women teachers. The appearance of their break the situation of the higher education is the male monopoly, shows the diversity of women’s social rolesThe second part mainly discusses college women teacher’s teaching condition. Teaching work as teachers, the most can reflect the teacher’s professional knowledge.They finally achieve good teaching outcome and respect and love from students by serious and responsible teaching attitude, innovative teaching methods, fluent teaching language and good relationship with students. This paper will take Yuan Changying for example to display their charm in teaching.Part three studies their scientific achievements and deficiencies. The published academic papers not only shows their profound professional knowledge, but won them academic awards. However, too much attention on teaching, insufficient scientific research members, and lacking external support lead to their low scientific research ability.In this paper, Su Xuelin, who pursued academic dream patiently, will be shown as case study in detail.Part four studies female teachers’ management ability. Taking Wang Shijing as case study, this part will show female teachers’charm in management from the following aspect:giving students too much care; academically rigorous requirements, and employing the ability teachers.In the fifth part, their colorful spare life will be described. In freedom,they write and paint to enjoy themselves. Meanwhile, they take an active part in social activities, and serve the society.This part analyses the troubles of the college female teachers faced in the republic of China. The contradiction between men and women teachers. The contradiction between family and career. The contradiction between teaching and scientific research.
