Female research is a hot spot in academic world. It has been widely concerned by people, especially the female education. In the long feudal society, woman has no chance to go to school because of the traditional view. This tone has been formed in the Pre-Qin Period. The content that women should learn is shaped in the Han Dynasty. Its influence on later ages is huge. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was pushed to the extremes.With the development of society, the traditional view has conflict with advanced western ideas. The rise of women’s school education has been a trend which cannot be halted, but its development is not smooth. Until the Qing government promulgated the "Women’s School Regulations", women’s school education was recognized, and obtained legal status.This research uses the historical research method and so on. Firstly, it briefly introduces the content of Chinese traditional women’s education; then it is the analysis of changes about courses in official articles combined with the era background; at the end of the article, the author summary and analysis characteristics which present in the process of changes. The author hopes to make contributions to the theory of women’s education.In 1907, the "Women’s Elementary School Charter" maintains the feudal tradition to establish the gender dual curriculum system. After the revolution of 1911, the democratic atmosphere is relatively strong. The curriculum system also has changes. From the point of view of the whole process, it shows the following characteristics:in the curriculum goal, from the "virtuous wife and good mother" to "women citizens"; in the course content, from the "separation" to the "unity"; in the course arrangement, it paid attention to follow the law of education and developed very well; in the power to change, there is cultural conflict.
