Study On The Higher Education Student Financial Assistant System In Namibia

With the development of higher education in Namibia, financial shortage becomes an important factor restricting the development of higher education. With tuition fee rising sharply, it is increasingly difficult for the low-income groups to have access to higher education, how to ensure fairness and increased students enter higher education, becomes a pivotal problem. Student financial assistant is an effective method.This article attempts to describe the historical development, management mode, financing forms, results and the challenge of Namibian student financial assistance system to make the readers have an in-depth knowledge of it. At the same time, combined with the development of international higher education funding system, this article analyses the challenges and deficiencies, hoping to build a more perfect and efficient system of student financial assistance and make more students benefit from it.
