The post-graduate teaching assistant system originated in the United States,and as an impor tant system of teacher training in the future,has been adopted and respected by many countries.Our country attaches great importance to the post-graduate teaching assistant.In the top-level sys tem design,the same line,because of the time,keep pace with the times.1988,2005,2014,the Ministry of Education has a clear document system for post-graduate teaching.The selection,ap pointment,working time,salary,motivation and other aspects of post-graduate teaching assistant should be adjusted and strengthened according to the change of the times and the requirement of education.The 19 th CPC National Congress of 2018 and the National Education Congress have opened a new era of education.In the construction of educational modernization,"Internet educ ation" has become the main melody of the reform of education and teaching.As a reserve force f or future teachers,the postgraduate assistant teaching has also become a hot spot in colleges and universities.The "trial measures for employing Graduate students as Assistant Teachers in institutions of higher Learning" issued by the State Education Commission of China in 1988 clearly solidified t he system by means of documentation,At the beginning of the document,it is proposed that "in order to meet the needs of the construction of teaching staff in institutions of higher learning and the reform of graduate student training system,we should strengthen the cultivation of graduate s tudentsundefined practical working ability,and provide inspection conditions for selecting and re taining teachers from graduate students".With the development of higher education for more tha n 30 years,the post-graduate teaching assistant system has been constantly improved and develo ped,from the form to the content along with the development of national higher education.It has experienced the development process from "assistant teaching" to "three assistance"(assistant re search,assistant teaching,assistant management),showing the obvious Chinese characteristics of postgraduate assistant teaching.In the new era of higher education,in 2018,the CPC Central Co mmittee and the State Councilundefineds opinions on deepening the Reform of Teachers in the New era in an all-round way,the CPC Central Committee in 2019,"Chinaundefineds Educational Modernization 2035" published by the State Council emphasizes the improvement of teachersu ndefined professional qualities and abilities,and advocates to "strengthen the organic connection between pre-service teacher training and post-service teacher development".As the object of fut ure teacher training,the orientation and transformation of teacherundefineds role and studentund efineds role,the pre-service training,the change and deepening of work content,the teaching abi lity of assistant teacher and the future teacherundefineds professional planning,the graduate stud ent assistant teaching is the object of future teacherundefineds training.Salary and teaching perfo rmance are the main aspects worthy of careful discussion.In this study,the historical mission and institutional changes of graduate studentsundefined teaching assistants are viewed by historical materialism,and the typical cases are selected for qu alitative and quantitative analysis by using the theory of teacher development and the theory of te aching evaluation.This paper divides the necessary abilities and qualities of post-graduate teachi ng assistant teachers into one dimension,analyzes the influencing factors and degree of achieve ment by SPSS19.0 undefineds data model,and demonstrates the main contradictions and conflict s faced by postgraduate assistant teachers,and makes a detailed analysis of the influence factors and achievement degree by means of the data model of post-graduate student.This paper discuss es the main methods and ways to solve the problems in the new era,and puts forward relevant po licy suggestions.This study is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the historical significance,ac ademic significance and practical significance of the study combined with the background of diff erent times.This paper defines the time category of the research,the related concepts,and analyz es the main ideas and methods of the research by using the relevant theory and principle.The sec ond part mainly expounds the historical changes and implementation results of the teaching assis tant system.Through sorting out the system documents,selecting the typical cases in the relevant historical period,considering the changes of key elements such as the pre-post training of assista nt professors,salary distribution and the changes in the contents of assistant teaching work from the change of system design and operation.The third part,the main data model analysis,through the data collected in recent years,using SPSS19.0 software,using analytic hierarchy process(A HP)and linear model to organically link the two together,many aspects of data analysis,Further quantitative analysis of the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the teaching assistant syste m.Based on the analysis of teaching assistant management and the satisfaction degree of the gra duate teaching assistant group,the main influencing factors of the management level and the gra duate teaching assistant group are obtained,and compared with the historical cases,whether they are the same or not is the same as that of the post-graduate teaching assistant group.The fourth part,combined with the characteristics of the new era of higher education,through qualitative an d quantitative conclusions,guided by the problem,put forward the main solutions to the problem,pay attention to the main contradictions and contradictions of the main aspects.Put forward the main path and policy suggestion to perfect the research assistant teaching system.Through the study of the current situation of the implementation of the postgraduate teachin g assistant system,three basic conclusions are drawn.First,the post-graduate teaching assistant s ystem is to adjust and perfect the function in real time according to the needs of the country and s ociety,must serve the politics and economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,establish morality,and the quality is the first criterion to measure the post-graduate teaching assistant wor k.The second is to further improve the "three-aid" system,strengthen the educational value of th e function of teaching assistants,higher education in the new era of post-graduate teaching syste m surmount based on from paying attention to the quality of undergraduate teaching to train futu re teachers;The third is the management and training of post-graduate teaching assistant,the atte ntion of teaching process and the refinement of the implementation standard system such as quali ty evaluation,paying attention to the information literacy and skills of postgraduate assistant teac hing in the process of modernization of education.
