Community Sports Facilities Situation And Resource Compensation Way To Explore In Jinhua City

Jinhua city implemented administrative divisions, the current city community established after the administrative divisions, by a combination of a plurality of adjacent residential areas and subject to the same one community committees management.Such sports facilities within the community set up at the beginning of construction,and it is difficult to take into account the distribution of sports facilities after the construction, causing its sports facilities distributed chaotic andthe type of incomplete and miscellaneous.This study will go deep into communities,and inveatigate detailedly Jinhua city community sports facilities and effectively react problems and aspirations of its inhabitants. Based on the widely understanding of the local communities and pevious studies,and consulting the national sports facilities survey questionnaire,the author uses the method of combination of questionnaires and interviews to analyze the data obtained,we can conclude the following conclusions:1.The overall level of urban community sports facilities in Jinhua city is not high,its per capita area of occupancy is too low, especially the indoor sports facilities per capita occupancy area is less.2.Sports that residents can choose is too monotonous, and single sports facilities cover a wide area,moreover,it is lack of related management and service facilities.3.Sports facilities show its characteristics, there are more small projects and traditional items, but few large-scale projects and emerging sports.4.New community sports facilities in the area is larger than the late construction,the species and quantity in the sports facilities of the new community are significantly more than the late addition.5.Sports facilities investment is small, new communities’main source of funding is the developers investment, the formation of community sports facilities construction funds mainly come from government funding, community financing and public sponsorship.6.They both add sports facilities less,and their funds mainly come from the government and public sponsorship.7.Community Manager for the "construction of city community sports facilities land indicators." understanding is not enough, there are few managers can point out the role of indicators, most managers have no knowledge of the contents of the index.We can see that community managemer’s cognition and learning is not enough for indicators. Residents’overall satisfaction for sports facilities is poor, satisfaction showed differences in gender, age and education, especially the older, the satisfaction is lower to community sports facilities.It shows that older residents have more free time and their demand for sports facilities is high. Residents favorite sports facilities and expectation of adding facilities are not same,and different people have different needs of the sports facilities, and the purposes of participating in sports activities are also in difference. Therefore, how to build a community that have diverse sports facilities is the first factor of community sports facilities should be considered in the future.
