"13th Five-Year" period,China is facing a comprehensive well-off society of the period,the social development and economic construction has made some achievements,in order to make our residents can better enjoy the fruits of modernization construction,improve people's physical quality is an important measure.In this period the national fitness plan will rise as a national strategy,the development of mass sports has become a priority among priorities at the present stage of China's sports,community sports as a part of the mass sports has become the foundation of development of community sports facilities as the foundation for the development of community sports in early twenty-first Century has been developing,now to take shape,to investigate the status of community sports facilities is to test before construction,but also for the future of community sports facilities continue to improve reference.This paper investigated the status quo of Harbin city community sports facilities,master the basic situation in Harbin city community sports facilities in the field survey,organization management,operation and management,investment and maintenance;to investigate the satisfaction of the residents of community sports facilities in the form of questionnaire,understand the community sports facilities use body satisfaction the degree of facilities,the field survey and questionnaire survey data combined with logical analysis,found at the present stage of development of Harbin city community sports facilities exist in the targeted local policies and regulations,lack of community sports facilities in the community sports facilities configuration is not reasonable,unreasonable opening time,sports facilities management department of supervision and other issues;the future of Harbin city community sports facilities development should establish and perfect the suitable area Regulations of community sports facilities system in line with the characteristics of regional characteristics;to solve part of the community because of their lack of sports facilities,hardware configuration is not reasonable,construction of city parks,squares and other public service facilities in the community around;guide and encourage qualified schools to open to community residents without affecting the normal teaching and training conditions;try the service mode of compensation of community sports facilities;improve the service system of community sports facilities;improve the management status of community sports facilities and countermeasures.
