Research About The Construction Of Public Sports Venues And Facilities In Kunming

This article is based on the methods of literature review,informal discussion,field survey and statistical analysis,giving a comprehensive analysis from the data of total amount,distribution,supply and the use of sports facilities in Kunming.By analyzing the problems and constraints,some solutions can be used to the construction of convenient public sports facilities,the establishment of sports organization,the development of mass sports activities,the improvement of scientific fitness services,and the planning and construction of the sports facilities in Kunming.According to the results of the Sixth Sports Field Survey in Kunming in 2014,there are 8149 sports facilities in the city,including 138 sports system-owned sports field,accounting for 1.7% of the total;4278 education system-owned sports fields,accounting for 52.5% of the total;3733 other kinds of fields,accounting for 45.81%of the total.The average per capita sports facility in the city is 2.06 square meters,which has been achieved by the target of 2 square meters per person on the State Department Document in 2014(46),which is well above the standard of 1.23 square meters per person of the Yunnan Province.It has made a significant breakthrough in the construction of public sports facilities,providing a rich basis for the construction of the sports facilities in the city.However,there are still some problems in the construction of sports facilities in Kunming.The quality of sports field is generally low,the kinds of sports venues are less than other cities,and there is a lack of large sports field which would hold high level and comprehensive sports events.Many sports sites were worn down for years,with serious damage.In part of the outlying areas,the development of sports venues was stopped by lack of financial support.The construction of sports field can not be able to meet the demands of the residents.Therefore,we proposed a scientific plan for the development of stadium construction in Kunming,we will accelerate the planning and construction of sportsfacilities in Kunming and comprehensively promote the supporting construction and guidance services for residents' community sports facilities in order to promote the overall coordinated development of regional sports and ensure that More people enjoy the achievements of urban sports construction.At the same time,we must fully tap the potential space of sports facilities in Kunming,pay attention to the innovation of stadiums,meet the growing demand of the people for the diversified sports facilities,and actively encourage social enterprises to participate in the construction and operation of sports facilities in a market operation mode,the stadiums and sports facilities operated by individuals and private enterprises shall be linked to national fitness station(point),then through the government ' s purchase of these services to promote the opening of corporate sports venues.It is also necessary to establish a management system which is open to the public for the sports venues and facilities of the school to promote the vigorous development of the national fitness activities in Kunming.
