Research On The Construction And Utilization Of Community Sports Facilities In The Main Urban Area Of ​​Kunming City

Sports is the inevitable product of social development. With the development of society and the construction of urban and rural integration, the national focus on promoting the integration of urban and rural planning, infrastructure, public services and other aspects of urban and rural areas, sports facilities is the basic public services.Sports facilities is an important carrier of urban and rural residents to participate in physical exercise. From the need of survival to the life, people’s consciousness have changed, and begun to seek the material and spiritual pursuit, and because of the function of sports itself has become the first choice, followed by the construction of facilities.Through the construction of community sports facilities of Kunming Urban District 5 District selected 11 community and by investigation and analysis of the current situation, to grasp the construction of community sports facilities of the Kunming City, explore in Kunming city community sports facilities construction problem, and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.Analysis results show that:(1) was investigated in eleven community sports facilities in the number, type, and the per capita area of the relevant provisions of the standard.(2) was investigated in eleven community sports facilities management system is not standardized, can not give full play to existing facilities.(3) were investigated eleven community sports facilities is too low, there are not sufficient for residents, the residents of the fitness function is not obvious.(4) the community residents to participate in fitness is relatively clear, but for the existing fitness equipment to select use not too accurate.(5) were used to investigate the 11 communities lack of social sports instructor Guidance.(6) to investigate the eleven community sports design of community sports facilities layout is not reasonable, can not meet the fitness needs of the residents.(7) were used to investigate the relatively weak sports consciousness of community residents, community sports activity level presents the gender, age, education and occupation distribution is not balanced(8)was investigated in eleven community residents satisfaction of community sports facilities is low.The convenience of the analysis to put forward the following suggestions:(1)management departments in the district planning and design and approval strictly.(2)of the community sports venues and facilities, strict management, and return them to their original purposes.(3) improve community sports facilities management system,equipped with the relevant professional management personnel, strengthen infrastructure maintenance.(4) of housing and Planning Department of Kunming urban district area for verification of not obvious district standards put forward rectification.(5) to increase the sports knowledge propaganda, enhance the level of residents sports consciousness.(6) from the residents point out, according to district planning and reasonable layout of the community sports facilities.(7) increase Plus the number of community sports instructors to guide residents to the right fitness.
