Study On The Influence Of Psychological Capital To Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention

With the popularity of education in colleges and universities, students’ employment is an indisputable fact. College students’ entrepreneurship not only solved the problem of employment of college students, but also promote the social economy. College students’ entrepreneurship is been focus on the parties. The local economy and the social progress to get much attention from all sectors. How to enhance the college students’ entrepreneurial intention, it continually has become a hot research. Psychological capital has an impact on behavior as a state of psychological, this article discusses the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial intention, the current relatively few scholars from the perspective of psychological capital research college students entrepreneurial intention.So this research provides a different perspective for college students entrepreneurship tendency theory.Based on the study of the existing domestic and foreign research, then take college students as the research subject, the thesis proposed appropriate hypotheses and the theoretical model framework. Taking the sample of Based on the data of the college students’ in Nanchang, the thesis verified the correlation and causality between variables and explained it, by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. After that, the research hypothesis and model was validated and corrected, conclusions of this study was drown. Finally,put forward to the development of college students’ psychological capital through the empirical analysis.Thesis conclusions are as follow: college students’ psychological capital has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention; College students’ self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on its entrepreneurial intention; College students’ optimism has a significant positive effect on its entrepreneurial intention; College students’ hope has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention; College students’ resilience mentality has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention; Government policy and social cultural environment have an adjustment between the psychological capital and college students’ entrepreneurial intention.
