Research On The Impact Of Psychological Capital On College Students Entrepreneurial Intention

Under the background of college students' difficult employment in recent years,college students' entrepreneurship attracted all parties attention,not only because it can solve the problems of their employments,but also it can provide more jobs for more people to solve social issues.Due to the particularity of resource constraints,academic pressure for college students,therefore,it is not common to produce entrepreneurial behavior during their university.However,they have relatively active thought and inner motive power of grasping the opportunity and creating the future.Once the entrepreneurial intention,it is likely to be transformed into entrepreneurship when conditions are ripe.Therefore,it has important theoretical and realistic significance to further study the influence factors and the formation mechanism of college students' entrepreneurial intention.Through the study of relevant literature,we find that most researches on entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of human capital,social capital,few research from the angle of psychological capital to study entrepreneurial intention.it is an outline to study what mechanisms are generated for psychological capital effect on entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial cognition has influence on entrepreneurial intention profoundly,college students with different psychological capital have different entrepreneurial cognition,how they really exist between a relationship?This paper argues a mechanism that between the psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention exits mediation of entrepreneurial cognition and validates it with the theoretical model.First of all,the paper puts forward to questions on the base of reviewing the previous research results;Secondly,this paper establishes a relationship mechanism that involes the college students' psychological capital-entrepreneurial cognition-entrepreneurial intention;Then,the paper recycles data to empirical test through questionnaires,using the statistical software SPSS and AMOSE.Research result shows that:(1)three dimensions of the psychological capital,confidence,tenacity and hope have positive effects on entrepreneurial intention;(2)two dimensions of the entrepreneurial cognition have positive effects on entrepreneurial intention;(3)in the relational model,entrepreneurial cognition plays intermediary effect in the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable;(4)discuss the conclusions and explore its significance of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial intention.Throughout the full text,this research did innovation in the following three aspects:(1)In previous researches of entrepreneurial intention,more study entrepreneurial skills,entrepreneurial cognition and social capital factors influence on entrepreneurial intention,less involve entrepreneurs overall psychological traits influence on entrepreneurial intention.This study offers a new perspective for the study of entrepreneurial intention through proposing and verifying the impact on entrepreneurial intention of college students' psychological capital;(2)It has not yet formed system research conclusion for academia about the relationship of psychological capital and entrepreneurial cognition.Psychological capital represents a holistic positive psychological traits,and entrepreneurial cognition is the specific ideas and knowledge of entrepreneurship preparation.The study definites the positive effect mechanism between them through the analysis and verify the relationship between them;(3)This study focuses on building “psychological capital-entrepreneurial cognition-and entrepreneurial intention” model,verifies the entrepreneurship cognitive mediation role,reveals the mechanism of college students' overall positive psychological factors through into a correct concept of entrepreneurshipt to cause entrepreneurial intention,enriches the study of entrepreneurial intention formation mechanism.
