| Under the background of difficult employment for college students,the entrepreneurship education has attracted more and more attention.However,it is still in the initial stage of development and there are many aspects that need to be improved.Among them,entrepreneurship psychological education is related to the quality and level of entrepreneurship education of college students,and plays an important role in Entrepreneurship Education of college students.According to the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurship psychology education in China,the corresponding education system lacks pertinence and effective teaching programs.The improvement of these two aspects will help college students to become more mature in entrepreneurship psychology education.This study is based on the problems existing in the entrepreneurship psychological education of college students in China,and aims to improve the level of entrepreneurship psychological education of college students through theoretical and practical analysis.Firstly,based on the background of the topic and the research status at home and abroad,this paper extracts the previous research views and divides the empirical study into two parts:one is the research on the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital;the other is the intervention research on college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)The current entrepreneurial psychological capital research lever of college students is at a medium level;(2)In terms of gender difference,except for the dimension of positive growth,there are significant differences between men and women in optimism,extraordinary daring and total score;(3)In terms of urban-rural differences,the different birth environments have a great impact on college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital,with significant differences in three dimensions and total score;(4)In terms of only-child or not,there was no significant difference in the dimension of optimism and hope,but there was a significant difference in the dimension of exceptional courage,positive growth and total score;(5)In terms of differences in entrepreneurial experience,the entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students with entrepreneurial experience is significantly different from that of college students without entrepreneurial experience in terms of total scores and three dimensions;This study conducted group counseling for students with low entrepreneurial psychological capital,from the perspective of positive psychology,summarized a feasible group counseling program in practice,and verified its effect on the promotion of entrepreneurial psychological capital,it provides a reference for the education of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital. |
