Strategies On Developing The Non-governmental Higher Education In Hubei Province Against The Background Of The General Education

The popularization of higher education, regarded as a kind of education idea of the modern society, is the necessity of historical development. In order to realize the popularization of higher education, Firstly, we must rely on the country to offer almost free higher education;Secondly, we must encourage and develop private higher education. Since the reform and opening-up, Hubei, Non-government higher education have achieved remarkable achievements. By using a lot of data and related materials, this thesis research the present situation of Non-government, analyzed the problems the reasons. The experience of forcing one, and the lesson it also cooer a serious of policies in promoting the development of the Non-government.In this thesis, the methods of in estimative research, documentary analysis and comparative research are adopted to study the developing background.,the intension, and the present situation of “Non-government higher education”. Aiming at the law, the rule and its character of influencing the Non-government higher education, this thesis made a research in setting up and improving its educational system, the management of the school, and the mechanism of the managements. It will be instructive for us to standardize and develop the Non-government.
