Study On Training Path Of Entrepreneurial Talent In Higher Vocational Colleges

As an important part of the education system in China, higher vocational education cultivates students with socialist ideas and superb professional skills, so it is a big deal to the country’s rich and strong, the nation’s prosperity, the social’s development and people’s happy life.strengthing and optimizing our country’s higher vocational education is a major tasks and challenges to Our country’s higher vocational education even China’s overall education.Cultivating the entrepreneurial talents of higher vocational education is the fundamental way to carry out the differentiation of education and broke bottlenecks of the education development. This study is based on such environment, trying to make deep study on this issue.To study entrepreneurial talent training mode of higher vocational education,this paper mainly defines the relevant concepts on the basis of literatures, using classic cases to study foreign entrepreneurial talent training mode in higher vocational colleges and summarize their common experiences. Then doing the questionnaire survey using jiangxi tourist trade vocational college as an example to obtain research datas of entrepreneurial talent training mode of the higher vocational education.Through process and analysis of the data, this paper suggests that main problems of entrepreneurial talent training mode in the higher vocational education in our country is that students’ consciousness of entrepreneurship is not strong, and the causes are as followings:the bondage of traditional thinking、the loose combination of government、 enterprise and university, the lack of a good entrepreneurship environment.To solve the above problems,three things should do:deepening the idea of "national entrepreneurship, all innovation", strengthening the government support on entrepreneurial talent training in higher vocational colleges and establising long-term effective mechanism in university-enterprise cooperation.
