Study on innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges is an important part of higher education theory.With higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province as sample and innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation as purpose,the paper reveals the research backgrounds,including the national strategy “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,and higher vocational education reform and innovation;illuminates the theoretical and practical significance of the research;refers to the related document literature;elaborates the related concepts,such as innovation and entrepreneurship education and innovative and entrepreneurial talent;explains the existing theoretical mode concerning innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation;analyses the practical cases in higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province;and then provides systematic suggestions on how to create an all-round innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation system from five aspects as : correct positioning of innovation and entrepreneurship,setting the curriculum system scientifically,constructing practical platform,and training teaching staff,creating cultural atmosphere.The research has theoretical value and practical significance for higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province in innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation,connotative development,and construction innovative colleges.
