With the advent of intelligent era,social division of labor intensifies,and occupational posts become increasingly complex,intelligent and cross.The social demand for talents has changed from a single skilled specialized talent to a complex technical talent.Therefore,the field of vocational education has carried on a new attempt and exploration of talent training,1+X certificate talent training emerged at the historic moment.From the point of view of the training goal of 1+X certificate,1+X certificate aims at cultivating compound technical and skilled talents.With the integration of academic certificates and vocational skills certificates as the fundamental approach,students’ overall vocational ability will be enhanced,their innovation,entrepreneurship and employment skills will be expanded,and their sustainable development will be promoted through the relative integration of education and occupation.However,as a new talent training and evaluation model,the 1+X certificate talent training reform will force higher vocational colleges to adjust the existing talent training program and build a talent training path integrating documents and evidence.Therefore,based on the characteristics of 1+X talent training,combined with qualitative and quantitative methods,starting from the four elements that affect the training of 1+X certificate talents,this paper analyzes the current situation of Guizhou higher vocational colleges in system construction,curriculum construction,teacher teaching,teaching evaluation and other aspects.Focusing on the integration of academic certificates and vocational skills certificates,this paper examines the 1+X talent cultivation in Guizhou higher vocational colleges.It can be found that although higher vocational colleges have made substantial progress in the integration of professional courses and vocational skill certificates,teacher training,credit exchange,and students’ textual research.However,there are still the following problems in the training goal of 1+X certificate: the integration of professional courses and vocational skill certificates has not been implemented;Disconnect between professional courses and skills training;Training materials are expensive and difficult to use in conjunction with course materials;The teaching content and training content do not match the actual work;Inappropriate use of teaching content and methods;The construction of teachers is insufficient and lax;Insufficient linkage between schools and enterprises;The form of certificate examination is rigid;The evaluation method is single.Based on the existing problems,I interviewed relevant principals,professional teachers and students of Guizhou Province’s 1+X certificate pilot vocational colleges.At the same time,a comparative analysis of talent training programs is mainly attributed to: the implementation of the subject of 1+X certificate awareness and understanding of the deviation;The integration of classroom and vocational skills certificates is confined to the construction of subject knowledge;Schools and enterprises have different talent training goals and lack of professional teachers;The evaluator is trapped in utilitarianism.In view of the problems existing in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,I made theoretical analysis of the framework,comprehensively considered the characteristics of higher vocational education courses and teaching,as well as the standards and requirements of open vocational skill levels,combined with lifelong education theory and system theory,and put forward the optimization strategy of training path for compound technical skills talents: First,vocational colleges should build modular curriculum system with the development of vocational ability as the core;Second,based on integration and coordination,the composite ability of teaching subjects is tempered;Third,establish a flexible linkage mechanism to smooth the channels of sustainable development;Fourthly,with developmental evaluation as the criterion,enable students to develop their career.
