| Man has won the nature through continuous effort and got enormous corporeal wealth, but gains and losses will come one after another, and at the same time, human is also faced with the troubles of various ecological problems, These ecological problems become so increasingly prominent that human begins to realize the necessity of ecological and environmental protection. To fundamentally settle the ecological problems, people need through education to raise awareness of natural ecology, cultivate ecological consciousness and make the people actively protect the ecological environment in thought and action. As a result, the ecological education is carried out gradually worldwide. The purpose of ecological education is to develop people’s protection of ecological consciousness, and achieve the harmonious and sustainable development between Human and Nature. High school students are not only the builders of the country but also are the protectors of the natural ecology in the future. Their ecological consciousness and ecological behavior all will have a significant effort on construction of our future home. Numerous studies have shown that the most important and efficient way to implement ecological education for high school students is the interdisciplinary infiltration. As a natural science, biology itself contains abundant material relating to ecological education, so the author makes a study on penetration of ecological education in high school biology teaching. The purpose of the study is to cultivate a new generation of outstanding “Ecomanâ€.This paper first established the reasons, significance and research method, expatiated in detail through reading and analyzing a large number documents about the advances on ecological education at home and abroad, the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis of ecological education. Then the current ecological education present situation of the high school students was conducted and analyzed. The investigation was mainly divided into three parts: ecological consciousness, ecological knowledge, ecological behavior. The results were as follows. In the ecological consciousness, most of the high school students had a strong ecological consciousness, but took little attention to the current ecological problems; In the ecological knowledge, students were familiar with the hot words of ecological problems but they were weak in ecological knowledge; In the ecological behavior, most high school students had good ecological behavior, but they could not supervise bad ecological behaviors in others and their participation was not enough. Through the comparative analysis of the three aspects, the author found that grade, gender and other factors also had a certain impact on the ecological quality of high school students. In addition, from the high school student’s access to the source of ecological knowledge, it was very necessary for high school students to penetrate the ecological education in high school biology teaching.With the development of the new curriculum reform, high school biology textbooks have become an important carrier of ecological education and provide a lot of material for ecological education, therefore the author analyzed the high school biology textbooks in detail, listed the penetration point of teaching material to carry out ecological education and put forward the main content of ecological education and specific objectives. After thinking and analysis, the author showed some penetration strategy. Furthermore in the implementation of process, the author wrote the teaching cases, found the problems and tried to find a solution to solve the problems. The study results could provide some feasible methods and suggestions of ecological education in high school biology teaching. |
