Physical education curriculum implementation of people’s attention since the 1970 s, as a physical education curriculum into practice, the dynamic process of physical education curriculum implementation has distinct characteristics of The Times. In the new era, the sports curriculum reform further deepening, combined with the rapid development of information technology, sports curriculum implementation from many aspects of challenge, sports curriculum implementation variation problems emerge. In order to understand the present situation of colleges and universities sports curriculum implementation, explore how to better promote the development of physical education curriculum, physical education teaching as a whole to achieve goals.In this paper, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical analysis method carries on the analysis about the present situation of gansu province ordinary university sports curriculum implementation, combining with age characteristic angles to study the variation problem of the implementation of physical education curriculum, for physical education curriculum implementation process improvement, the achievement of goals to provide the reference.Survey found that in gansu province ordinary university sports curriculum implementation summed up the following questions: 1. The gansu province ordinary university sports curriculum implementation to be able to complete the national ordinary higher school physical education curriculum teaching guidelines, the basic goal; 2. The curriculum preliminary meet the needs of the students on campus sports; 3. The location equipment facilities such as education media use is improper and unreasonable; 4. For the achievement of development goals have missing; 5. In the student lifelong sports and individual sports habits and movement quality.Aiming at the problems, the author from the human resources, text system, physical environment three aspects in-depth investigation and research, the study found that:(1) in the curriculum and the development is insufficient, teachers and students be human factors is the key to the problem; 2. Part of the teacher’s value orientation of curriculum implementation bias in local shock of communication and information technology under the influence of variation of curriculum implementation. 3. The lack of physical environment construction leads to variation of physical education curriculum implementation. Suggestion: 1. Strengthen school-based curriculum development, based on modern network to build a more complete teacher exchange platform; 2. To strengthen the school sports and social sports, with the goals of school physical education, to speed up the formation of students’ lifetime sports thought; 3. The school sports facilities, strengthen safety education, make students have a good learning environment.
