As an important part of the whole Chinese teaching in middle school, middle school Chinese classroom management has high research value and research significance. Based on the ”Chinese middle school classroom management problems and coping strategies” and using literature method, illustration analysis, generalization and summarization method and other specific research methods, this paper researches and explains the problems existed in middle school Chinese classroom management and the implementation problems of effective coping strategies in middle school Chinese classroom management, including the following aspects:First of all, this paper in the introduction part expounds the important position, research purpose and methods, research theory and practical significance of classroom management in middle Chinese teaching, providing certain theoretical basis for the implementation of research.The first part of this paper expounds the relevant concepts, including classroom management,Chinese classroom management, the components of Chinese classroom management.The second part of this paper explores four problems existed in middle school Chinese classroom management,including the contradiction between teaching body freedom and classroom order, teaching environment monotonicity and classroom process formalization, traditional characteristics and unilateralism of classroom effective evaluation, the art loss of Chinese classroom management, and also analyzes the reasons.The third part is the core of this paper. On the basis of the above chapters and from the aspects of the formation of harmonious classroom environment, creation of effective interactive teaching participation subject relations, the establishment of diversification of classroom teaching management model and formation of scientific and effective classroom management evaluation system, the third part put forward relevant solution for the existing problems in middle school Chinese classroom management.In a word, this paper makes the systematic explanation on the existing problems in middle school Chinese classroom management and relevant strategies, which provides certain guidance for the smooth implementation of current middle school Chinese classroom teaching works, especially for classroom management.
