This paper starts with the cases of the Philippine primary school students in the Chinese class,classified and summarized the behaviors with problem in Chinese class.Proposed effective strategies after analyzed each difference cases.Then researched the Philippines education system,the influence of multicultural background,explored the Chinese school students' language learning motivations,and the psychological characteristics of them.Analyzed the various causes and multifaceted the influences of students' behaviors with problem in Chinese class.For Philippine primary school students' behaviors with problem in Chinese class,put forward a completed proposal from teachers,schools,parents,etc.On the problems of disturbing Chinese class,we must look for reasons from the student's family environment and students' physiology and psychology;On the problems of resisting Chinese class,we must find reasons from the aspects of school management system,teachers' teaching level and students' psychology;On the problems of depending Chinese teacher in class,concealed playing in class,we need to find reasons from students' study habits and motivations;On the problems of different cultural in Chinese class,we need to find out the reasons from the level of teachers' knowledge and the present situation of national culture.For the other Chinese teachers can distinguish different types of behavior problems that occur in the Chinese class,can take more effective measures to reduce the problems happened in Chinese class,can do well in the classroom management,can make the majority of Chinese teachers smoothly conduct overseas Chinese teaching and make the quality of Chinese teaching higher.so I studied the Philippines primary school students' behaviors with problem in Chinese class.
