Taking Plain people and Plateau people as target. This paper used document materials, questionnaires, logical analysis, mathematical statistics to focused on their motor ability. In order to provide positive function in the improvement of quality, the promotion of human healthy and the development of economy in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, this paper will discuss effects of multi-fitness campaign on sports ability at high altitude hypoxia environment. The article aims to provide the theoretical reference to Health and PE Field, tourist industry of plateau.86 volunteers was divided into 3 groups: Plain Group, Plateau Group and Plain Control Group, average aging 45. Experiment was performed for 6 weeks in each group. Plain Group and Plateau Group experiment in plateau, which have 30 females and 30 males. Plain Group experiment in plain for 1-week adaptation training. Plateau Group experiment in plateau for 1-week adaptation training. After adaptation training, Plain Group and Plateau Group went to Duoba(2260m) and Tianjun(2850m)for 3-week experiment. The next 2 weeks, as the adaptation training,is observation period. Plain Control Group experiments in plain, which has 13 females and 13 males. Plain Control Group experiment in plain for 1-week adaptation training. After adaptation training, this group went to Yuxia Town(Hu County,Shanxi,400m) for 3-week experiment. The next 2 weeks, as the adaptation training,is observation period. Test indexes including vo2 max, grip strength, a minute sit-ups, standing long jump, sit and reach, repeatedly across, choice reaction time and close eye standing on one leg. Statistical analysis was done by SPSS18.0 software to compare the differences of each value within and between the groups and analyze correlation of relative factors of groups. This paper using histogram, line chart and ANOVA to analyze the diversities of each indicators. Results are as follows: 1 、 Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia is conductive to the improvement of aerobic capacity of native high-altitude residents, while no significant effect on the plain people. 2、There has significant effect of Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia on the improvement of upper body strength of native high-altitude residents, while no significant effect on the plain people. 3、Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia is conductive to the improvement of strength in waist of native high-altitude residents and plain people. 4、Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia is conductive to the improvement of explosive power of plain female, while no significant effect on the plain male.5 、 Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia is conductive to the improvement of Flexible quality of Plain people.6、Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia is conductive to the improvement of Sensitive quality of Plain people.7、Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia is conductive to shorten male`s choice reaction time and improve response capacity, while no significant effect on female. 8、Multi-fitness campaign at plateau hypoxia is conductive to the improvement of balanced capacity of female, while no significant effect on male.Advise: 1、Taking Plain people and Plateau people as target to establish optical time, best altitude and training methods of Plain and Plateau people by the analysis their exercise of different population in different altitude. 2、According to the needs of different people, different age and sex to establish plateau fitness mode and its fitness monitoring system and safeguard system. 3、Before entering the Plateau, According to the needs of different people, different age and sex to establish adapting training mode and its fitness monitoring system and safeguard system.
