Football,as one of the competitive sports in the same field,attracts people's attention because of its high degree of antagonism.It is also because of its high-intensity confrontation that football players are easily injured.Nowadays,with the increasing football population,how to take effective measures to reduce football players' injuries and prolong their sports life is an important problem to be solved urgently.Current research focuses on the status quo of sports injuries,but seldom assesses the basic sports ability of athletes through functional motion screening,and screens out athletes in the injured area.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to improve the basic sports ability of juvenile football players and reduce the risk of sports injury through functional action screening and functional training of juvenile football players.In this study,124 juvenile football players aged 12-15 were screened for their functional movements by using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,test,experiment,video observation and mathematical statistics.The problems of basic sports ability of juvenile football players were found,potential sports injury risk of juvenile football players was predicted,and the juvenile football players with sports injury risk were targeted.A reasonable functional training program for football players is formulated and verified by experiments,which provides some reference for the functional training of juvenile football players.The results are as follows:1.The basic sports ability of juvenile football players has the following characteristics:(1)There are significant differences in the basic sports ability of juvenile football players of different genders(p < 0.01).There are significant differences in active hip flexibility,hip extensibility and reflex core stability between male and female juvenilefootball players.(2)There was no significant difference in stability,flexibility and extensibility between 12-15 years old juvenile football players(p > 0.05).(3)There are differences in the basic sports ability of juvenile football players with different training years(p < 0.05).The order of specific basic sports ability is as follows: 5 years of training > 7 years of training > 1 year of training > 2 years of training > 3 years of training > 4 years of training > 6 years of training > 8 years of training.(4)There are differences in the basic sports ability of juvenile football players in different positions(p < 0.05).The stability of juvenile football players in goalkeeper position is better than that of juvenile football players in other positions.The stability of juvenile football players in forward position is the worst.The active flexibility of hip joint and hip joint extension of juvenile football players in goalkeeper position are better than those in other positions.There were significant differences among football players in 2001(p < 0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in stability,flexibility and extensibility between the main and non-main juvenile football players(p > 0.05).The basic sports ability of the main position juvenile football players was better than that of the substitute position juvenile football players.2.After 18 weeks of functional training for juvenile football players at risk of sports injury,it was found that the basic sports ability of juvenile football players who participated in the training improved greatly.There were significant differences in flexibility,stability and extensibility of the basic sports ability of juvenile football players after functional training(p < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The basic sports ability of female juvenile football players is better than that of male juvenile football players.Gender has a certain influence on the flexibility,extensibility and stability of juvenile football players.2.There are no differences in flexibility,stability and extensibility of the basic sports ability of juvenile football players between 12 and 15 years old.3.With the increase of training years,the basic sports ability of juvenile football players shows a downward trend as a whole.Training years have a certain impact on stability,flexibility and stretchability.4.There are significant differences in the basic sports ability of juvenile football players in different positions,and different positions on the field have an impact on the stability,flexibility and extensibility of the basic sports ability.5.There is no significant difference between the main juvenile football players and the non-main juvenile football players.The general basic sports ability of the juvenile football players who often participate in matches is better.6.The functional training program is suitable for juvenile football players in vulnerable areas,and the improvement is significant,which can provide reference for the functional training program of juvenile football coaches.
