Classroom questioning is the key factor to improve the effect of classroom teaching. It is the direct reflection of interaction between teachers and students. Questions could not only test the mastery level, but also improve the ability to question and cultivate the creativity of students. Since the new curriculum innovation, it has been given great attention about how to carry out effective classroom questioning. Previous research mainly focused on the question of effectiveness, strategy and artistry, and scarcely on teacher-student interaction questioning in biology class are less.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, including raising problem, study significance, proposals and methods; The second part is the literature review, including definition of related concepts, such as biological classroom questioning, teacher-student interaction questioning; citation of the related references about teacher-student interaction questioning at present stage, and summarization of the theoretical basis, such as philosophy, pedagogy, psychology and so on. The third part is about the investigation on the present situation of high school biology classroom teacher-student interaction questioning, including the results analysis of the student questionnaires, classroom observation and teacher interviews. The results showed that there existed a number of problems in the actual classroom teaching, such as the single teacher questions type, deficiency of answer-waiting time, week problem consciousness of students, and the classroom teaching environment to be improved. The fourth part is the inspiration and suggestions of this study, including strengthening teacher’s professional accomplishment, designing question elaborately, mastering relevant questions strategy and the art of answering, training students’ problem awareness and interest in learning, improving the classroom environment and so on.
