With the development of society, our education is faced with reform. In the exam-oriented education mode, our classroom teaching stares at the examination scope with knowledge infused by the teacher, who “lays down the lawn” and rarely gives students chances to express their ideas. Then as time passes, it will imprison students’ thoughts and efface students’ interest in learning, which is not conducive to students. With the development of education reform, adopt what kind of education mode to fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm; How to better develop the students’ interest in learning; How to exert students’ subjective initiative, fully improve the students’ comprehensive qualities, etc., have become the education continuously explore issue now."Interactive teaching mode" refers to the whole dynamic process in which the two processes including "teaching" and "learning" interact with each other. It’s embodied in the classroom teaching process including the teacher’s dominant teaching and students’ subjective recognition. That is, the integrative activity between "teaching" and "learning" with mutual connection, promotion and orderly development. By adjusting the relationship and interaction between the teacher and students, we form a harmonious interaction between the teacher and students, between students and students, between individual learner and teaching medium, then, strengthen the effects of people and the environment to produce teaching resonance and improve teaching quality. That is the general concept of interactive teaching mode.In the interactive teaching mode, the teacher is the organizer and guide in class. The whole teaching activity respect students’ personality development, offer equal status for the teacher and students and make students become the core of the classroom. In the mode of cooperation and interaction, students fully mobilize enthusiasm and participate in teaching activities actively. They continually improve their skills of language performance and ability of summarizing, cultivate consciousness of autonomous learning and spirit of collaboration and form healthy personality and innovative and pragmatic style through their own independent thinking and active exploration in the process of mutual communication with students and the teacher.The thesis will start from the researcher’s teaching experience according to the theory of interactive teaching and combining the practical situation in which the interactive teaching mode is applied in Tong Bai Experimental School to do analytical investigation on the practical application of the mode, summarize successful experience and expect to put forward practical advice on its specific implementation in teaching.
