The new round of basic education curriculum reform has attracted much attention to effective classroom teaching activities in primary and secondary schools,in which the interactive teaching between teachers and students is particularly prominent.However,there are still many problems in the teaching process,among which the teacher-student interaction is particularly prominent.The research on the effectiveness of interactive teaching between teachers and students in mathematics classroom is not only the need of theoretical level,but also the urgent need of teaching practice.Based on the realistic background and significance of the study,this study investigates the effectiveness of interactive teaching between teachers and students in junior high school mathematics classroom,tries to find out the problems through data analysis,and puts forward some reform strategies and suggestions.This study focused on mathematics teachers,junior high school students and classroom from three middle schools in Waiguoyu middle School,Huangzhou middle School and Qihuang middle high School in Hubei Province.Questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations were conducted from five dimensions: teachers' and students' understanding of the effectiveness of classroom teacher-student interaction teaching,teachers' behavior,students' behavior and teachers' self-evaluation and suggestions on classroom teacher-student interaction teaching.The survey data were comprehensively analyzed by means of literature review and SPSS software data analysis.The conclusion of this study is: the main problems and reasons in the interactive teaching of teachers and students in junior middle school mathematics classroom in Huanggang City at present.,Firstly,Teachers neglect students' principal position in their behavior and pay little attention to students in teaching.Secondly,Students are not active in responding to teacher's goal-oriented behavior and are passive in classroom participation.Thirdly,Teachers' professional development is insufficient and lack of classroom control ability.Therefore,this study puts forward improvement strategies on the effectiveness of interactive teaching between teachers and students in junior high school mathematics classroom.First of all is to implement teachers 'behavior and promote the integration of knowledge and practice.Thirdly,an important issue is to enhance teachers 'professional level,such as updating teaching knowledge and subject knowledge,enhancing classroom management ability.The innovation of this research,firstly,discussing the interactive teaching between teachers and students from the perspective of teaching effectiveness has a unique perspective.Secondly,through the way of actual investigation and analysis,we can truly reveal the current situation of interaction between teachers and students in Huanggang junior high school mathematics,which has a certain practical guiding function.
