The mathematics curriculum standards (2011) published by the Ministry of Educa tion of PRC point out that:in order to achieve the main goal of mathematic courses, we should not simply teach students knowledge, but also integrate the goals of knowledge and skills, mathematic thinking, problem solving, emotional attitude organically. In ot her words, we should project the overall implementation of curriculum target. Therefor e, it is an emergency to change the traditional teaching method and build a new relation ship between students and teachers, which is more suitable and satisfy the needs of stu dents better. However, in order to establish this new relationship, we should break up tr aditional teaching concepts and be aware of the trains of students study ability, manipul ative ability, presentation ability, communication ability etc. On this basis, the interacti ve teaching method, which is consistent with the new curriculum reformation, is furthe r analyzed and researched in this paper. The works can be divided into five parts as foll ows:The first part of our paper is a brief introduction to the history of interactive teachi ng mode researches and its previous works done by domestic and foreign researchers already. Present the research value and significance of our works and build a solid foun dation of our research.The second part mainly introduces the definitions, connotations and characteristic s of the interactive teaching mode. Present that the interactive teaching mode is consist of interactions of knowledge studying, methods exploring and emotional exchanging, a nd own the characteristics including the equalities of roles, the diversities of communic ations, and the diversities of teaching modes. Above all, we display the advantages of i nteractive teaching mode.The third part give a detail introduction to the advantages of the interactive teachi ng mode from three different aspects including teachers,students,and teaching. From the perspective of students, interactive teaching mode motivate the enthusiasm of students, strengthen the relationships between students and foster students’ individual and autonomous learning ability. From the perspective of teachers interactive teaching mode change the traditional relationship between students and teachers,and play an important role in broadening teachers’ minds and knowledge at last From the perspective of teaching, the interactive teaching mode play a role that can not be ignored in promoting multidirectional interaction in the classroom and reforming the traditional teaching mode.The fourth part give a brief introduction to the implementation steps of the interactive teaching mode. the process can be divided into five steps as follows: preparation before class; Establish situation, starting from the problems; Group discussion, team cooperation; Class debate, teachers inspiration; Summarizing, and knowledge application.The fifth part investigated these existing problems through making and collecting a larger number of questionnaires After investigating these problems, we proposed the methods to solve these problems under the condition of real cases. And it is meaningful and valuable for teachers to give lessons utilized the interactive teaching mode. these are the innovations of our articleAt last, we show a relatively detail case of lessons utilized the interactive teaching mode and give a further analysis of it on the basis of previous research works.As a novel method, we hope it will be accepted and recognized by front-line teachers, and make a further contribution to its development.
