To purse the effective teaching and change the current situation:few content and time consuming with low efficiency is the Chinese language learners’ common wishes. The language classroom teaching effectiveness research is to apply western theory of effective teaching in Chinese subject,. Based on the theory of effective teaching, this paper focuses on effective teaching in Chinese language class and composed of four chapters, they are:introduction, the language classroom teaching effectiveness standard, the target and content setting of the language classroom teaching effectiveness,.the implementation of effective teaching in Chinese language class.Chapter 1 is introduction, It mainly introduces the definition of effective teaching, theoretical basis and the current situation of research at home and abroad.Chapter 2 is the effectiveness standards of Chinese language class. Firstly, in view of the problems in Chinese language class and the lack of effective evaluation standard. This paper discusses the necessity of making the effective teaching standards for the Chinese language class; Secondly, the paper illustrates the criteria of construction for effective teaching standards in Chinese language class.Lastly. this paper makes the effective teaching standards for the Chinese language class. The effective teaching standards is based on the "double subject" of class teaching, and evaluates form teaching behavior of the teachers and students’ effective performance, The standard dimensions are as follows:the content of the teaching target, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching environment, teaching effect, Find out the core attributes as evaluation under each dimension. There are a total of 24 evaluation projects in the Standards,12 for teachers and 12 for students. Each evaluation item strives to the teachers’ effective teaching behavior corresponding the students’ effective expressive behavior and try to embody the characteristics of Chinese subject and to strengthen the standard framework of personality traits in the evaluation factors.Chapter 3 is the setting of teaching target and content. of effective Chinese language class. Firstly, we should stick to four principles to formulate appropriate teaching aims material arrangement system, (3).Conform to the students’ learning, (4) reserve generated space; Secondly, we should clear the content of the teaching objectives, Finally,we discussed the setting method of the Chinese language teaching goal, formulate the teaching goal to consult class standard requirement and the text content for the first time, Then based on students’ need, to teach on learning and preset a second teaching goal. In order to choose appropriate teaching content, we should achieve the following four points:teaching content line with expectations of the teaching target, teaching content conforming to the stylistic characteristics, "language form" and "humanities connotation" as the core teaching content, teaching content with harmony and generative.Chapter 4 is the implementation of effective teaching in Chinese language class. It mainly elaborated from three aspects which are the effective teaching, effective questions, and effectively environment in a classroom. Effective teaching is necessary to grasp the opportunity of the teaching and to organize systematically, based on this, make the teaching content more correctly and clearly. As for effective questioning, we should combine orientation and sequencing with calibration and quantification, question types with cohesion and openness. Creating an effective classroom environment is must for the students to create a harmonious, cheerful, interactive classroom, lets the student unfold themselves, truly in the classroom, and provide a good guarantee for effective learning.
