With the rapid development of society, a lack of talented persons reveals itself as time passesby. Therefore, the government issued a series of rules and regulations to solve this problem, thesepolicies pointed out that the responsibility of higher vocational education is to cultivate talentedpersons with technology and skills. It requires that the students equipped with practical skills. Theobjectives concerning cultivating talents emphasized the important position of practice courses inhigher vocational education. Whether the practice courses are carried out successfully or not is thekey to cultivating talents in higher vocational education. For this reason, the authors determinedto make a study of carrying out practice courses in higher vocational education.Through collect and arrange the literature, the authors find the previous research mostlyfocused on the conformation of the structure of practice courses. The research mostly focused onthe conformation of the system of practice courses, the conformation of the evaluation system ofpractice courses. Obviously, there is a lack of research on how to carry out practice courses. Forthe status that there exists lots of problems in the process of carrying out the practice courses, it isnecessary for us to do some research on how to carry out it in higher vocational colleges, this paperoffered some feasible resolutions so as to promote the implementation of practice courses and itmeans a lot in our country.This research mainly uses the literature analysis method and investigation, based on educationand psychology, through the questionnaire survey on vocational college students and interviewson vocational college teachers and enterprises guidance teacher, analysis the status and problemsof higher vocational college practice curriculum implementation, based on survey and thesuccessful experience of developed countries, put forward the countermeasures that correspondingChina’s national conditions.This paper could be divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. This part is to analyze the related research related to practice courses and the implementation of practice courses for the purpose of figuring out how to start thispaper. It offers a general introduction of the paper, including the raise of the research, thesignificance of the research, literature review, and methods. The second part is about the researchof theory of course, including the concept, the value orientation and the factors of theimplementation of courses, the concept and theoretical basis of practice courses. The third partanalyzed the situation of the implementation of practice courses in higher vocational colleges. Thefourth part finding out the problems in training bases, evaluation of practice courses and methodsof guiding practice courses. In view of the current problems that existed in the implementation ofpractice courses and with the lessons from higher vocational colleges in developed countries. Thefifth part offered some resolutions about constructing "cooperative" training bases, regulating theevaluation system of practice courses, integrating the way of guiding practice courses, combiningtheory and practice courses, reducing the scale of class appropriately and strengthening theguidance of students.
