A Study On Training The Students' Vocational Competence Of Higher Vocational Colleges

The aims of the higher vocational education are to cultivate students' competences to work on one or one kind of the profession,and to provide the fields with the high-qualified workers and skill-based talents,social development and times requirements call on improvement of the students' vocation competences,so at present,how did the higher vocational colleges cultivate highly effective have the synthesis vocational competence students to become a major problem which urgently awaits to be deal with now.The training of the students' vocational competence can't depart from the curriculum implementation.So this paper analyses the training of the students' vocational competence of the higher vocational colleges from the curriculum implementation perspective.Four parts in this paper,the first part analyzes the definition of vocational competence, based on the current situation of studding on vocational competence,analyzing the vocational competence that the students should have,and the influence factors on raising the students' vocational competence.The second part mainly from angle in psychology and pedagogy, analyzes the formation process of vocational competence.The students' vocational competence is formatted by migration and integration of the knowledge,skills and attitudes that the students had learned in specific professional activities.It is important to know the formation of vocational competence for the teacher.Third part,based on the current situation, from the curriculum implementation perspective,absorbing and making use of the methods and experience in cultivating students' vocational competence from foreign developed countries.Finally based on the theoretical analysis and comparison,some principle measures which how to cultivate the students' vocational competence in higher vocational education have been summarized from the perspective of curriculum implementation.
