The development of the society has put forward higher requirements for our education,which requires our students to develop innovative thinking and divergent thinking through theeducation. However, in our teaching, we pay so much attention to imparting knowledge and wealways take single teaching way that the subjectivity of the students did not get very good play.Knowledge construction theory emphasizes that we should take positive democratic way ofcommunication in the process of the study,pay attention to the generation and developmentprocess of collective knowledge,and improve our inquisition ability and practice ability in theprocess of our contribution to the development of group which has gradually been introducedinto the practical application of teaching. But information technology disciplines has been in apassive situation,which serve for other disciplines. Knowledge construction theory in theapplication of information technology disciplines is not involved, therefore, based on the theoryof knowledge construction, information technology teaching in junior high school research toexplore the influence of students and the class knowledge development is meaningful. Theauthor hopes to enrich application of knowledge construction theory in teaching and promotethe influence of the theory of knowledge construction in our country through this study;As anapplication research,this paper also hopes to provide the reference for teacher in a line.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire method,experimental research, interviewsand other educational research methods are used to analyze the impact of knowledgeconstruction application on junior high school students`knowledge amount in combination withthe current situation and features of teaching in junior high school information technology.Theauthor`s research includes:(1) By using the method of literature review,analyze the status of thestudy of knowledge construction theory at home and abroad from multipleperspectives,compare the characteristics of the research at home and abroad, and get theenlightenment of this research on the basis of researching literature at home and abroad aboutknowledge construction.(2) combine with the present situation of the junior high school information technology teaching, analyze the feasibility that knowledge construction theory isapplied in the junior high school information technology teaching process. On the basis ofknowing12principles of knowledge construction theory, design and analyze the process ofinformation technology classroom teaching combining with the characteristics of informationtechnology.(3) according to the feasibility analysis and instruction design of junior highschool information technology, apply it to the practice teaching, by method of comparison withtwo classes before and after、questionnaire investigation and interview to obtain the data, inorder to explore the influence that application of knowledge construction theory in the teachingof junior high school on the development of amount of students and class knowledge.Thesamples are selected from the teaching practice in Shandong Normal Primary School seventhgrade class one and class two teaching contents are selected from the "Computer Organization"section. By integrating textbook knowledge and the use of Moodle platform to observe theincrease of students`knowledge amount in different stages throughout the whole learningprocess.The author records the change of students and the class learned through the process oflearning in the teaching, observe the change of students`learning attitude through thecommunication with the students, finally by collecting data and the comprehensive performanceof the students, this paper gets the following conclusion: the application of knowledgeconstruction theory in the teaching of the junior high school information technology caneffectively promote the increase of the amount of students and classes`knowledge. And thedevelopment of this kind of class can further enhance the learning motivation of students in thenext stage. The application of knowledge construction theory in the teaching of the junior highschool information technology can strengthen students`ability of learning and communication.
