Since the1990s, teachers’job burnout has been widely concerned in our country. Due to the particularity and complexity of teachers’work, primary and secondary school teachers working with long time, heavy task and high pressure. In recent years with the development of economy and the intensifying competition, especially the rural special teachers under the professional pressure more and more tremendous, lead to the special teachers have job burnout tendencies more or less. Job burnout not only affect the physical and mental health of teachers, but also affect the teaching effects and achievements. On the other hand, with the broader scope of performing "the special teachers policy", the number of the special teacher increased rapidly. So research the special teachers’job burnout status and its influencing factors are very important.This research mainly adopts simple random sampling, chose160special teachers as respondents from shilin, jinning and yiniang. By questionnaire survey and case interview, to research the special teachers’job burnout status and their influencing factors in the area. At last, put forward effective strategies to help the special teachers ease job burnout.Based on survey of the special teachers’job burnout status in this area:About30.00%special teachers in the obvious job burnout emotions, and70.00%of the special teachers only little tendency to the job burnout. Through the analysis of the differences of the special teachers’job burnout:The woman special teachers’job burnout level are higher than male special teachers; The unmarried special teachers’ job burnout level are higher than special teachers who are married; The job burnout degree of the teacher who is in charge are higher than the did not work as a teacher in charge; The age and education level are positively related to the special teachers’job burnout. On the other hand, teaching age the school location, work time and income are affect the job burnout of the special teachers.By researching the correlation between the special teachers’job burnout status and its influencing factors:The professional and students between the job burnout is strong correlation; The social, school and themselves between the special teachers’job burnout is significant correlation. Show that the special teachers’job burnout is not depending on the one factor, but the result of combined action of multiple factors. At last, for these results, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from social, the department of education, school, theirselves, etc. To ease the special teachers’job burnout.
