The academic graduate's education is of great importance for reserving top talents at the national level;meanwhile,it is a significant component of the national human resources development strategy.Yet,concerns on the quality of graduate education could not be ignored in our country.Learning burnout is regarded as an unhealthy mental state;will it negatively impact academic graduates' daily life and academic activities?Furthermore,there is a significant difference between freshmen and sophomores what are the factors for causing learning burnout of postgraduates? Although existed researches on learning burnout could be easily reached,their research objectives mainly focus on middle-school students and undergraduates,and fewer literatures mention graduates' learning burnout problem.In this background,this research pays close attention to learning burnout problem of academic graduates,and aims to guide postgraduates step forward correctly and enhance the quality of graduate education.Banking on previous literatures,this particular research refers to the existed learning burnout scale and questionnaires,and has conducted survey of 632 academic graduates from 8 universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Base on the collected data,this research intends to uncover the current situation of academic graduates' learning burnout problem and explore affecting factors for causing learning burnout.what are the factors for causing learning burnout of postgraduates,The research outcome shows that learning burnout problem of academic graduates is very serious in Inner Mongolia.Among three dimensions(depression,failure in good behavior and low sense of achievement),‘low sense of achievement' scored highest while ‘failure in good behavior scored lowest.Statistical analysis indicates a significant differencebetween genders in research context of learning burnout,male students' score relatively higher than females in three dimensions.Grade is another factor causes response difference.Third-year students' learning burnout problem is the most serious among the all.And in terms of ‘depression'and ‘failure in good behavior',there is a significant difference between freshmen and sophomores.Cross analysis indicates that the overall score does not vary by the birthplace,while students from rural areas mark higher score in “depression” than urban students.Interdisciplinary is also considered in this research,those who have interdisciplinary experience score higher in learning burnout scale.Besides,married graduates' score is higher than single ones in three dimensions,and students with working experience suffer severer learning burnout problem.As for affecting factors exploration,both subjective reasons and objective coherently effects cause learning burnout problem.Self-caused factors include pressure from academic performance,confusion of study plan,distraction by environment and unharmonious relationship with schoolmates.From perspective of school,teaching condition,teaching arrangement,teaching method may also result in the learning burnout.In addition,disharmonious family relationship,there is a significant difference between freshmen and sophomoresemployment pressure and confusion about the future also lead to learning burnout.The last chapter proposes coping advices to relieve academic graduates' learning burnout problem from the aspects of individual,social relationship,graduates cultivation unites,and society.
