Research On The Burnout Of Sports Specialized Teachers In Guizhou Province And Its Influencing Factors

In 1970 s,Freudenberger,a clinical psychologist,put forward the concept of "job burnout",which led to the extensive and in-depth research on the problem of job burnout in various fields.In China,research on Teachers' occupation burnout is also highly concerned about,but the lack of occupation burnout of teachers in special post sports.From the perspective of occupation burnout of sports teachers occupation burnout is plagued by hypothesis,verify the hypothesis,to explore the occupation burnout factors,and puts forward the prevention and mitigation of occupation burnout advice,help teachers correct understanding of occupation burnout,in order to prevent and alleviate the special post teachers' occupation burnout,so that they can give full play to their talents and make greater contribution to the development of basic education in rural areas,so as to effectively implement the national policy of "special post plan".In this paper,a random sample of Guizhou Province,Guiyang,Zunyi,223 sports teacher in Bijie three city,as the research object,using the questionnaire survey method,interviews,occupation burnout of Guizhou province sports teacher,the influence factors of the occupation burnout,and puts forward the corresponding mitigation proposals according to the actual situation.According to the results of this study draw the following conclusions:First,Guizhou Province,Guiyang,Zunyi,Bijie and other three City State Sports Teachers Occupation Burnout belongs to mild level,but can not be ignored is a positive trend in the development of mild burnout moderate burnout.Emotional exhaustion dimension occupation burnout scores the highest,followed by a low sense of achievement,personalized to the lowest score.Second,the Guizhou Province Sports Teachers Occupation Burnout differences in demography are significantly higher than the female.Male burnout;higher education level higher levels of burnout;burnout was significantly higher than that of unmarried married;the degree of occupation burnout as a teacher than non appointed teacher;the longer the duration of service burnout is also higher the Title of the lower level;the higher the degree of burnout.Third,factors and personal influence,Guizhou Province Sports Teachers Occupation Burnout of society,occupation,significant correlation between organizational management factors.Individual factors mainly the expected value in the individual,the family environment;social factors in the social identity,the concept of parents;occupational factors mainly in the development of occupation,occupationrelationship complexity comprehensive,teaching and training;organization and management factors are mainly embodied in the title evaluation,school management and decision-making,awards,and gain a sense of sense of participation is not strong.Fourth,the Guizhou provincial sports teacher occupation burnout is a slow process,gradually increasing,mainly after burnout early,middle,late three stages;the symptoms of enthusiasm decline,mood fluctuations,a strong sense of frustration;the origin is mainly reflected in its economy and work the value of the loss of sense and sense of meaninglessness.According to the research conclusion,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions from four aspects: individual,society,occupation,organization and management,to prevent and relieve the job burnout of the special physical education teachers.
