Job burnout refers to the behavior that the practitioner can not work smoothly in the work because it can not cope with the pressure.Public awareness of rural preschool teachers is not enough.Rural preschool teachers' job burnout is short of social concern.Therefore,it is urgent and practical to study the job burnout of rural preschool teachers.The paper selects 186 kindergarten teachers as the research object,using literature method,questionanaire method and case study.And the study selects 2 teachers to make an intensive study of job burnout.This research mainly explores three aspects of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low personal accomplishment,and explores the job burnout of preschool teachers.From social factors,organizational factors,occupational factors and teachers' personal factors,it analyzes and puts forward strategies for alleviating job burnout.The result of the study show that Baoding rural kindergarten teachers exist occupation burnout,and the degree is medium.Emotional exhaustion is most obvious.Personal accomplishment and depersonalization are lesser.The kindergartent teachers of professional age in 11-15 years get highest scores on job burnout;The kindergarten teachers,which are bachelor diploma and secondary vocational school diploma,are most serious on job burnout;there aren't obvious in various martial status.Based on the results mentioned above,We put forward the following suggestions.The government should issue relevant relevant policies;the society strengthen the attention of the kindergarten teachers;kindergartens should improve management and evaluation system;the kindergarten provide Psychological counseling;kindergarten teachers in rural areas should be a correct understanding of burnout and reasonable to vent the emotions;teaches be ought to adjust the mentality and strengthen the professional quality.
