These clubs by organizing various forms of sportstraining and athletic competition for youth groups to provide a goodmotor skills training services. By adopting, Shanxi Youth Sports ClubDevelopment Status literature study, questionnaires, etc., as wellas member satisfaction coaches youth sports clubs to analyze threeaspects.The results show that Shanxi National Youth Sports Club mainlybased, management mechanisms are inadequate, insufficientprofessional managers; more a lack of funding sources; revenuesdepend on the national club selection and support unit to obtainfinancial support and early membership fees, leasing and otherexternal venues and facilities; inadequate facilities and the number of members of the club venue more contradictory; youth sports clubactivities inadequate design diversity, safety needs to be furtherstrengthened and strong; the club’s more rigid pricing mechanismby external factors constraints affecting the revenue benefits of theclub; members of groups with males, female adolescents adaptsports groups offer inadequate; through factor analysis, thecoaches into service satisfaction, satisfaction with the content, theclub management and site satisfaction, training contentsatisfaction, resource management, satisfaction and satisfactionwith the development of the club five parts; coaches in the lowsalary, the number and content of the work satisfaction levels,leading to the Shanxi Youth Sports club coaches have potential losscharacteristics.
